10 Snacks at Disney World You Have to Try

Walt Disney World has so many good food choices for every meal and snack, it’s impossible to try everything in one trip. Everybody knows the famous snacks in Disney World such as the Mickey Ice Cream Bar and Dole Whip. And they are famous for a reason: they’re really good! But there are so many other amazing snacks and foods to try, how do you choose? Here are 10 of the best Disney World snacks you must try!

I Lava You Float

As I mentioned before, the Dole Whip in Disney World is one of the most famous snacks. So it makes sense that they have several different varieties!

This one is my personal favorite Dole Whip variation: the I Lava You Float from Sunshine Tree Terrace in the Magic Kingdom. This Disney snack is inspired by the Pixar short film, Lava.

The Fanta Strawberry Soda and Passionfruit flavor go great with the Orange Dole Whip. Plus, it’s topped off with popping candy!

French Pastries

The bakery in Epcot‘s France Pavilion, Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, is a very popular place for snacks or a light lunch. They serve several kinds of sandwiches and desserts.

My favorite savory food here is the Roulé Lard and Fromage, which is a bacon and cheese roll (pictured below, right).

I don’t think I could choose a favorite dessert because they all look and taste so good!

I’ve tried many different items from this bakery, and they all were delicious. You really can’t go wrong here!

Cream Cheese Pretzel

Here’s another popular Disney snack: a soft pretzel! This cream-cheese-filled pretzel from the Lunching Pad in Magic Kingdom made it onto my list of favorites. I like it even more than the classic Mickey pretzel!

I’ve also been to the Lunching Pad when they had a pepper jack cheese-filled pretzel instead, and that was really good too! Disney World knows how to make great pretzels, so any pretzel you try will probably be delicious!

Wookiee Cookie

This dessert can be found at Backlot Express in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This is Disney World’s version of an Oatmeal Creme Pie. The soft oatmeal cookies with vanilla cream filling look unassuming, but it was super delicious! And I can’t forget to mention the milk chocolate decoration inspired by everyone’s favorite Wookiee, Chewbacca!

Karamelle-Kuche, Germany’s Caramel Kitchen

The Karamelle-Kuche (caramel kitchen) in the German area of Epcot always has a line, and for good reason! The caramel treats are so yummy and rich.

I love the Milk Chocolate-Covered Caramel with sea salt, but everything I’ve tried here is good. From caramel popcorn to cookies & candies, there is a sweet treat for everyone! If you’re looking for the richest snacks Disney World has to offer, you’ll find them here!

The American Dream Slushy

This tasty treat can only be found at the Fife and Drum Tavern located next to the American Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase. It’s a layer of strawberry slushy on top of vanilla soft serve ice cream on top of blue raspberry slushy. So good!

Blue Milk

Blue Milk is a drink that every Star Wars fan has to try just for the experience. It’s not really milk–it’s more like an icy, slushy consistency with a sweet, almost coconutty taste. I thought it was pretty good.

If you don’t know much about Star Wars, Luke Skywalker drinks blue milk in the first Star Wars film, so of course it’s included in the wide variety of foods and drinks available at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios. You can find this drink at the Milk Stand, and you can even try green milk too!

Joffrey’s Giant Donuts

I know you are probably thinking, “Why would I waste my time on a boring donut when Disney has all these other yummy snacks?” My only answer is that sometimes you just want a simple, delicious donut. And these donuts are so delicious!

Joffrey’s Kiosks are found in all of the Disney parks, and they sell various coffees, teas, and pastries. The donuts are the main attraction for me though! These donuts are HUGE. Like “as big as your head” huge. And they are so good. Definitely give these a try!

Funnel Cake

There are several places to get funnel cakes in Disney World, and they are all pretty much the same except for the toppings you can choose from. I found this Cookies and Cream Funnel Cake at Epic Eats in Hollywood Studios near Echo Lake.

I mean, if a simple funnel cake isn’t delicious enough for you, why not load it down with ice cream and cookies? You can also get ice cream and strawberries instead which looked really good as well.

Night Blossom

Pandora in Animal Kingdom is home to one of my favorite rides, Flight of Passage, and it’s also where you can find some interesting and tasty snacks!

The Night Blossom is a non-alcoholic beverage found at Pongu Pongu, which is a great place for a quick breakfast or unique drink. This particular slushy treat is made of layers of apple and pear limeade topped with boba balls. I’m not sure why I got green boba on top of mine (all the Night Blossoms I’ve seen have had orange boba), but it was still great! This is a perfect fruity slush if you want something a little sour but also sweet and refreshing!

I know I’ve only scratched the surface of all the snacks Disney World has to offer, so I’d love to hear your favorite Disney snack! Which snack do you think should’ve made the list? Let me know in the comments!
